The traditional Japanese room features futons that might not satisfy everyone. they're quite thin and can be less comfortable for those not accustomed to it. Also, the room's size creates a tight fit, only allowing for either a table or futons setup, which can be a hassle. Breakfast hours feel limited, with a common morning rush creating wait times and offering a limited choice that lacks the variety of a buffet experience.

The Grand Arc Hanzomon offers a fantastic location just a short walk from the metro station, and the views of the Imperial Palace gardens from my room were truly spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for work, and housekeeping was diligent in maintaining cleanliness. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries made my stay even better. Breakfast options were adequate, with Japanese being particularly enjoyable.

The room had an amazing view of the Imperial Palace gardens and Tokyo Tower. It was spacious and comfy with a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Breakfast had both Japanese and Western options, which were tasty. There's also a massage spa if you want to relax. Super convenient location near Hanzomon station.

I really loved the stunning views of the Imperial Palace from my room and enjoyed the clean and spacious bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast choices were delicious, even though we only had one during our stay.

i had a very good stay at grand arc hanzomon. my room was spacious and had a nice partial view of the palace. it was a big plus that my room was ready when i arrived around noon. the hotel is near hanzomon subway station, making it very convenient to explore the area.

The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan, super clean, and had a comfy bed. Great views of the city and the Emperor gardens. Housekeeping was on point. Had a Japanese-style toilet and all the basic amenities. The AC was a bit noisy at times, though. Overall, a cozy stay!
